From start to finish we will take care of you and your new radiator.
Our team at Designer Radiator Showroom can support you through the entire process of choosing, ordering and installing your new designer radiator! If you need help deciding which radiator to buy, our office team are available Mon – Sat and can help with any queries.
Our team can answer any questions about size requirements, pipework alteration, what valves you may need, what BTU you may need.
What we’ll do
Carefully check your order when it arrives, ensuring no damage.
Deliver your radiator and accessories when we come to install.
Our expert team of Gas Safe registered engineers will install your radiator.
Replacing an old radiator? We will disconnect the old one and take it with us, no mess no fuss.
Your new radiator will be tested and we will ensure customer satisfaction before we leave.

*Should any damage occur, Designer Radiator Showroom will process a replacement free of charge and organise the return on your behalf. Your radiator’s warranty is safe with us as we are registered suppliers and installers of all radiators available on our website.
By purchasing an installation package with Designer Radiator Showroom, you avoid receiving damaged goods that may cause you to pay for costly repeat visits from other plumbers. Any issues with your radiator are resolved before it arrives at your home – ensuring a job well done.
Terms & Conditions
The warranty for works carried out by Croston Plumbing & Heating is one year. If your radiator fails or is faulty within its warranty period (typically 5-20 years), Designer Radiator Showroom will of course process a return and replacement to be sent to you. Where the radiator was installed within our 1 year installation warranty period, we will complete a return visit to reinstall your radiator. For radiators outside of your 1 year installation warranty, the return visit to reinstall is chargeable at our standard hourly rates. You must keep proof of purchase via your confirmation of sale email or direct invoice so warranty periods can be confirmed.
