So often these days, we are unable to delve into the history of a business and find out what they are really about and what makes their people tick. The gap between supplier and consumer is only going to increase as more businesses move to an e-commerce trading base.
So we thought we’d let our followers into a bit of background about who we really are.

We started as a plumbing and heating business CPH (Croston Plumbing and Heating), which is run by husband and wife team Wayne and Steph Gemson.
As the business grew, the natural progression for us was to open a bathroom showroom. This opened up new and better supplier relationships, enabling us to better service our customer’s needs, with quality products at competitive prices.
Further growth has seen us expand into the Designer Radiator sector. Again, this seems like a natural progression given our extensive knowledge in the heating industry…
In addition we are accredited by Construction Health and Safety (CHAS), another rigorous accreditation process. We maintain this as it is enables us to order to carry out the extensive work that we do for South Ribble Borough Council. We provide mentally and physically disabled individuals with bathroom adaptations to meet their own specific needs, all signed off by the relevant council or housing association.
Worcester Bosch awarded our company with a GOLD accreditation. Meaning their assessment of our installations is such that they feel so confident in our work that we are able to offer extended warranties to our boiler customers.
In addition we as a company and all of our Gas engineers are registered with Gas Safe. A governing body which oversees all work carried out by Gas engineers.
We have a combined 45 years’ experience in the industry and every single one of our engineers are City and Guilds Qualified to the highest standard.
We carry out all manner of work for domestic customers, to huge high street names such as KFC, Superdrug, Smiths News, Taco Bell, FedEx to name but a few. All of which are long standing contracts who trust in our reputation and our expertise.
Our key focus is customer service and every step we take to improve our skills and expertise is to enable us to better meet our customer’s needs.
