HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT RADIATOR?

The best place to start is with our BTU Calculator. By adding your room sizes and other information, you can instantly see how much heat your room will need. Then, you can browse our collection and find a radiator with the correct heat for what you need. If your radiator is replacing an existing one, try and find a similar size. Think about what kind of style you like and start shopping!

WHAT WILL MY RADIATOR COME WITH?

Your radiator will come with all vital fixings including brackets, screws and air vents. Valves and accessories are sold separately and you can view our collection here. Traditional radiators can also be paired with radiator feet and wall stays.

ARE BIGGER RADIATORS BETTER?

Not always! The heat output of a radiator depends on many factors like design and material used. Aluminium radiators typically provide a high heat output but are simpler in design. Cast Iron and Column Radiators can be more ornate and customisable but may not produce as much heat as their aluminium counterparts. You might find that a slimmer, vertical radiator produces more heat than a horizontal model.

DO DESIGNER RADIATORS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, every radiator available on Designer Radiator Showroom has a minimum 5 year warranty. Some models have longer warranties, with some even having a fantastic 25 Year Warranty!

WHAT VALVES DO I NEED?

There are three different types of valves available, Corner, Straight and Angled. The type you need will depend on the connections of your radiator and where your pipework will be situated. Check out our handy guide to valves here.
